On receipt at the laboratory, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt with a file number. Your file is then processed. Following the analysis, you receive an e-mail with a report, a list of recoverable files and a precise quote for data recovery. It’s then up to you to decide whether or not to carry out the work, depending on what can be recovered. After your approval, we return the data to you on an external hard disk, which is then delivered within 2 to 3 days.
