Case study :

A customer contacts us because all his servers have suffered a Ransomware attack.
Within the hour, we dispatch a courier to collect the equipment and return it to the central DATABACK laboratory in La Roche Sur Yon, Vendée.

Our on-call team then sets about securing and analyzing all the equipment as soon as it is received.
In the early evening, we inform the customer of the list of recoverable items.

They are then extracted and restored on a new medium sent to the customer by express courier the next morning.
In the meantime, the priority data have been made available on our SFTP server.
