We were the victim of a cyber-attack on December 27, 2020. All our servers had been encrypted, along with backups, and we were totally helpless. The very next day, we knew that the data was recoverable, and received dumps of the essential HR and Finance databases on D+1. A week later, we had all our data on an external hard disk – DATABACK saved us! What’s more, DATABACK only charges according to the success of the recovery, which is a big advantage.
