Following a cyber attack in February 2021, we were heavily impacted by ransomware. The ransomware encrypted a large part of our data, impacting most of our backups. Our desire not to pay the ransom forced us to find a palliative solution. On the advice of a government body, we contacted DATABACK to begin the process of restoring our data. In constant contact, even at weekends, they quickly reassured us that the data restoration process was possible. After only a few days’ work, we were able to recover our critical databases on an external hard disk. Several months after the attack, we would like to thank DATABACK for their invaluable work, which enabled us to rebuild our new system by reinjecting the recovered data.
